I've reached my mini goal this month.....

I set a goal that I would get under 160 by the end of this month and this morning I weighed in and have reached my mini goal!! I'm so excited to be in the 150's again, it's been about 2 years since I've been in this range.:bigsmile:

    Spikes that's great! Love your non-smoking ticker too! I've been smoke free now for going on 4yrs this New Years Eve!! :) I actually quit smoking & dieted at the same time! LOL Congrats to you! Keep it up!

    I can't WAIT to be in the 150s...I hoping to reach them by the middle of December. I don't know how I'm doing though because I've been avoiding the scale!! Good job on meeting your mini-goal! Keep up the great work! :drinker:

    That's exactly what I've done!! I didn't want to gain weight while not smoking and I needed something to pre-occupy myself so I didn't think about smoking. I'm starting to feel so much better - working out and eating better is just becoming a routine now rather than a chore.
