Now I know why I gained!
I didn't realize how many calories Trail Mix was! I used to down that by the handfuls in nursing school... :noway: Now I realize how I had gained 12 pounds in less than 3 months!

Energy for the gym in the morning?
An average morning for me is getting up anywhere between 5:30 - 8am. The headache from hell!
I've had a headache since about 2pm. I've eaten, drank plenty of water, took a nap, and I haven't had caffeine for over two week so I know it's not caffeine related. I've also taken a hot shower, Ibuprofen, and my sinuses are clear. So why the hell do I have a headache?!?!?!?

I am proud of myself!
One of my friends gave me a box of brownies and fudge! I've given the brownies to my husband (since he can eat anything and stay skinny :angry: ) and cut the fudge into 1/4's This way I can have some without breaking the bank! Husband's snacking is going to kill me!
My husband is always been a snacker at night. breakfast ideas?

Everyone survive?

that was the best pound yet!
I've lost another pound!!! The best part is...I haven't logged in my food for almost a week!!!! I was getting to obsessed with calories and wanted to see if I could make the right choices on my own...I'm so proud of myself. I weigh myself every couple of days (usually three days a week) well I've noticed I will stay the same for a couple days (down to the tenth of a pound!) and then the next day I drop a complete pound. I'll be the same for the next several days and over night I'll drop a complete pound again! I'm using the same scale, always…
