There was an awesome thread about "dieting" and how yo-yo diets don't work! I've search and search and I can't find it!

What do you do?
I've just started measuring my food in the last couple weeks. I'm still not good about eye balling it at all! I'm going to a meeting tonight were they are going to have Spanish/Filipino style food. Other that staying away from a lot of rice and fried foods and going towards the veggies is there anything else I can do?

Why is it?
That whenever I finishing eating my calories for the day is when I start craving everything else? :grumble: I drink lots of water, I try and distract myself...but these cravings are killing me!

He asked me if I had any calories left. So I showed him the home page and the "-321" He replied "you have 321 calories left!" :laugh: If only :cry:

sugars?
I ALWAYS have had a hard time lowering my sugar! I've cut out juices, sweet tea, and pops...but I'm still over. I'm always well under with carbs too. So what am I missing? Any suggestions?

Need a pick me up!
I feel Blah! I exercised for a few mins (I really need to sit down and write a paper) but I'm just so tired. I've eaten, drank lots of water, but I just feel so tired (and I slept good last night!) It's just after 2:30pm here and I feel like I have toothpicks holding my lids opens. :noway:

The Pineapple Cake? some help!

What time?
What time do you usually eat dinner? Also what time do you usually go to bed? I try and have dinner by 6pm and be in bed by 10/10:30.

Stomach cramps for the last two days :(
At this point I will try anything short of standing on my head to make it go away!!!! For the last two day my stomach has been cramping (not like Aunt Flo cramps). My weakness found me again last night!

It's very easy for me to work out once I'm actually at the gym. (if I try and workout at home I quit to easily) But from saying "I'm going to go to the gym" and actually getting there...well it's a big gap!
