That whenever I finishing eating my calories for the day is when I start craving everything else? :grumble: I drink lots of water, I try and distract myself...but these cravings are killing me!

    What are you craving?
  • renae I am the same way....I have eaten like all good food today, and food that is filling too, and I still feel like I need to eat, but I think it is more of a boredom type thing going on right now

I think its a "all in your head" thing...especailly since we ALL have those cravings...I crave anything like you, sweet, salty, it don't matter...if I see it I will eat it. I have to stay out of my kitchen after 8 pm. If I really want something to eat, I will get on my treadmil and work off the calories in whatever it is I want, then if at the end of my "mini workout" I still want to eat it, I do. Its probably not the best way to go about it since your supposed to always eat your workout calories, and 75% of the time at the end of my workout I don't want anything to eat, just lots of water. So I end up with extra calories I don't eat. I don't know..I'm still learning too I guess.

That's when I decide to head on upstairs and call it a night. I'll jump in the shower, pick out my clothes for the next day, read a chapter or two, play Ms. Pac-Man on my cell phone (I'm totally addicted...again), then finally turn off the lights and hit the pillow. :ohwell:
