It's very easy for me to work out once I'm actually at the gym. (if I try and workout at home I quit to easily) But from saying "I'm going to go to the gym" and actually getting there...well it's a big gap! What do you do to get yourself to workout when you don't want to..do you have rewards (immediate)?

I work out at home, I admit it's hard to get going! Most of the time I tell my self, "get off your butt and get going!!!" Then I just do it. Usually the first 10-15 mins of my workout I'm thinking about watching a movie or doing something other than exercise

I never thought of it as a reward system, but almost once a week I buy myself something. A cute top, nail pollish, some little purse... nothing expensive. I guess that's my "reward" and I always feel like I've earned it! They say you are not supposed to reward your self with things you can buy... I say blah to that! I guess my immediate reward is feeling like I didn't give into my lack of motovation. It always makes me feel good and in control when I make my self exercise.
