After a half of cinna bun's cinnamon roll, and a lunch and dinner of mash potatoes, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, turkey, and stuffing...I know I've already gone over my calories! At least now there is no more green bean casserole, deviled eggs, or stuffing! :laugh:

    There's still a peice of PB pie in my frige with my name on it. And sweet potatoe cass.

    My mom left an entire pie after I only had 1/2 a piece. She decided I needed it more than they did. :grumble: My husband better finish it off soon or there's going to be a war between me & the fridge.

    Oooh...I'm a sucker for lemon anything so I would hope those would be gone, too! Just as we get all this Thanksgiving junk out of our houses & get back into the swing of counting everything, Christmas candies & cookies are going to invade our lives. I'm bracing for a long month of resisting temptations!

    My mom hosts it, but I bring the baked goods. Pumpkin rolls, homemade toffee, buckeyes, tons of cookies. Recipe for disaster.

    I totally blew it today.
    I am so glad the key lime pie is gone.... the cheese spread.....most of the soda....
    Ugh.... What a horrible food week.... TOM and Thanksgiving! The Gods are cruel this year....:laugh:
  • I just had my Thanksgiving feast tonight (studying in the UK at moment) and needless to say I completely blew my calorie budget. I was determined to stick to my calorie intake (including my exercise calories) but it didn't go over well. I totally overeat and I now feel like crap. I hate it when I do this. I was finally on a roll - day 5 of my diet. My problem is now I won't feel hungry when I wake up in the morning I will not feel hungry at all. Do I eat breakfast and start back my normal routine again? Or skip breakfast and eat when I get hungry? Usually, in the past, after a big binge, I would skip breakfast but my day would turn out with another binge because my body is confused as to when to eat again. Grr... so annoying... I need to stop overeating!
