Do you have any routines the day before / morning of weighing in? (Other than going to the bathroom  )
I know I need to watch my salt intake the day before more than usual!

Routine?? More like obsession. Wait for the kids to get on the bus, go to the bathroom, strip down to the t-shirt, step on the scale -- usually have to go to the bathroom within the next hour or so and then I run in and do it all again just to see if it made a difference. Then I can sit and relax and start drinking my water! So Crazy!!:grumble: :noway:0

I have to weigh three times when I actually record it usually..I can never just 'go', so I have to weigh before breakfast, then after breakfast, then after potty. Then I know how much my breakfast and waste weighed and I can determine my actual weight. I don't do it very often because it's a pain.0

I am obsessed with the scale! No routine, I just weigh everytime I'm in the bathroom!0

I always do it after my bathroom break in the morning.0

I'm not so sure what I do is a routine....
I simply get to the gym if I happen to want to weigh in that day, week, month (I don't weigh regularly, I use clothes, how my body feels, the tape measure etc. more so than what the numbers on the scale say) and step on the scale!:drinker:
Like I said...not so sure I have a routine.....I just weight every so often and don't have a scale at home for that reason that many on MFP share about....obsessing with the numbers is too easy to get caught up in if there were a scale at home.
For myself I see no reason to weigh more than every couple weeks....sometimes if I want to see my ticker move I'll weigh but from what I eat, stickin to my workouts etc..... I pretty much know which direction on the scale I am going0 -
I just weigh at the same time every day... first thing in the morning. I sleep "au natural" anyway (I know...:embarassed: TMI), so I just step on and look before I do anything else or get dressed. If it goes up and stays up more than 2 days, I check in and change it. If it goes down, I do the same.
I've noticed that if I weigh several times during the day, my weight can really change based on several factors, so "same time every day" makes me feel like I'm getting an accurate trend.0
