I weigh myself every couple of days (usually three days a week) well I've noticed I will stay the same for a couple days (down to the tenth of a pound!) and then the next day I drop a complete pound. I'll be the same for the next several days and over night I'll drop a complete pound again! I'm using the same scale, always in the morning after I go to the bathroom, before anything else. So I know this is "true weight" more so that that last meal, clothes etc.

Just curious...because it's always about the time I want to give up that I drop another pound! Or are you the type where is more constantly instead of "over night"?

I gain that way. I'll drop a pound one day & the next day, I'll be up 1.2#, then 1.4#, then I'll be down another pound...doing exactly what you said about the morning weight & everything. :grumble: Once I hit 25# lost, it is getting worse, too. I guess overall I should just be happy that I'm going down, although bouncier & slower than before.
