My son has always showed an interest in running. He even does run club at school. I don't think he does more then a mile at a time though. But he has gone on two mile runs (walk/jog) with me. Anyone interested in logging your miles? Maybe weekly miles? I try to run/walk 3-6 times a week, depending on how busy my schedule is. You can log in how far you've walked, jogged, or ran (or a combination of all three) Maybe every Sunday?

Running on a treadmill
Just curious, what speed do you run at on your treadmill? I know they aren't all set the same, but I do about 3.0-3.3. Sometimes 3.5, but it's challenging.
