Dating someone much younger or older
I'm about to be 40 this year and just started dating after a 5 year hiatus. Because I look younger than I really am lately I have been approached by younger guys....much younger (in their early 20s). So for now I am just dating and see what happens but I don't know that I can take any of them seriously. What do you think…

1 year later...20 lbs...toning/sculpting with weights
I joined MFP at the end of August last year. Got to my goal weight (15 lbs lost) at the end of last year. I continued my journey in maintenance and ending up losing another 5 while trying to figure out the formula. I'm 4'11" started at 125 lbs, now my weight varies 103 - 107. Here's me before And now

3 1/2 months and 15 pounds gone!!
Weighed myself this morning to find that I'm only 0.4 pounds from my goal weight! Was feeling myself so I pulled out my old swimsuit (i haven't worn in at least 5 years) and took pictures. I feel like I'm turning into my mother
I remember a few years ago, when I wasn't really worried about what I ate and I'd exercise every once in a while. I would make fun of my mom because she was all about sodium and cholesterol and eating healthy. Now because of this place I'm doing the same thing!! Just thought I'd share :-)

Vacation & Exercise
Ok so I just started MFP this week. I've been doing good so far. But in two weeks I'm headed to the beach for a family vacation (mom, dad, brothers, neices, nephews, and my kids). I'm concerned that I won't be motivated to get some real exercising in while I'm away. Any tips?

Hello all, I'm very new to MFP (joined on Sat). But so far I love it. I've been checking out the message boards and everyone is doing so great. Excellent motivation!! I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs over the next few months. Never really committed or tried any other programs. Can't wait to see results.
