1 year later...20 lbs...toning/sculpting with weights

I joined MFP at the end of August last year. Got to my goal weight (15 lbs lost) at the end of last year. I continued my journey in maintenance and ending up losing another 5 while trying to figure out the formula.

I'm 4'11" started at 125 lbs, now my weight varies 103 - 107.

    You look fabulous! We started around the same place (I am 5'0 and was 124). i am now at 109 and struggling to figure out my maintenance. Thanks for posting this because it's very encouraging to me!
