Pre cooked Egg related breakfast suggestions.
I want to cook/prepare something which uses egg as the main ingredient and can keep fo r aday or two. Preferably for breakfas. We tried fritata but it doesn't taste good when reheated (as per my husband) Any suggestions also can I store boiled eggs (sorry don't eat or cook eggs)

How demanding is marathon training??

My calories required...???
there's some prob.... i calculated my calories at 90 bpm which is my normal heart rate and theis site (http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm) says i burm 174 calories an hour that totals to 4192 in 24 hours... I am dumbfounded.... AM I eating a bit too low???
