Pre cooked Egg related breakfast suggestions.

I want to cook/prepare something which uses egg as the main ingredient and can keep fo r aday or two. Preferably for breakfas. We tried fritata but it doesn't taste good when reheated (as per my husband)
Any suggestions also can I store boiled eggs (sorry don't eat or cook eggs)

    Yes. You can keep boiled eggs in the fridge -- is that what you are asking? Keep them unpeeled and use them up within 6 days.

    You could make a quiche -- experiment with it (crustless or not, vegetable, which cheese/s. . . ).
