Have you came across an interesting thread on MFP that might be of interest to the group? If so, please share them here.
Here is a challenge thread that I hope will help me reign in my evening snacking:

I've been reading that one too.
My favorite is "I went from morbidly obese to 6 pack abs! Ask me Anything"
I've become friends with vismal the OP, not only was he a similar size guy to me when he started, he is also extremely knowledgeable and one of the most giving people I've met on MFP. I've read his entire thread and look for updates daily, and follow his Youtube page.
I don't have serious plans to get a 6 pack, but have learned a lot from him.

It's not on MFP, but I learned about Scooby from MFP. He has a lot of interesting stuff on his site for free. http://scoobysworkshop.com0

This is one of my favourites by one of the stars of MyFitnessPal - Sarauk2sf

A great read, breaks down what can be a complex subject into something both informative and simple.
Plus explaining all those acronyms which can confuse newcomers.0 -

That's one of my favorites too.
Here is my #1 from a friend of mine - ihad. He is an excellent creative writer. This link is a guide to his over 100 blog posts on all variety of topics. There is a lot here for those new to MFP. He has a great sense of humor and is very intelligent. I've read all of them, some more than once.

Ha! - wobbly bits - made me chuckle0 -
Not really. It seems like a lot of beginners who leave quickly. Certainly no one I've seen over the years.0

Here is a great list I borrowed from another group I'm in (Eat, Train, Progress). It covers many of the basics and sheds much of the bad information that is out there about diet and exercise.

Not posted in this group yet, but the much more comprehensive and expanded version of "The Basics' thread:
