Today I am going to really focus on my water intake. it's been low and that isn't good. Crummy, drizzly day here so am dawdling over a cup of tea, though I have things to do!

I must make it back to the gym. On Halloween, I passed out with what I think was food poisoning. I was flat on my back for 3 days and have felt very weak ever since. I am feeling much better and I want to attempt at least a walk on the treadmill.

I really really really want to stop over eating TODAY! The past 3 days have not been good.

Had to put the bike away for the winter today. Now I need something to replace the danger in my life.

Maybe I'll talk back to the wife...

There's brave and then there's foolhardy. Perhaps you can do something safer like handling snakes or juggling chainsaws?

I took tomorrow's Spin class a day early, and instead of pilates today I'll do the Butt class tomorrow. Sort of a switcheroo.

Got a sluggish walk in today but since I haven't walked since Sunday, I'll take it. I have got to quit overeating or eating bad stuff I am out of control and nuts. Some water weight came off but I am still up from where I was in August. Jeez alou. I am just all flustered, out of sorts and crabby... Today I don't want to eat like a hog or eat stuff I shouldn't. I manage that I am good.

We all go through bad spells. Don't beat yourself up. Re-focus on your end goal and don't let anything stop you.

Friday was Tabata and a mini Trader Joe run, which I adore. Sunday was Spin and today I did Metcon3, a weights class.

Doing some Xmas shopping this morning so my aim is not to be tempted by any food stalls or cafes while I'm walking around the shops. I would also like to get some exercise done in the afternoon. :)

Recover from a pulled muscle in my back without doing much damage to my eating plan. Walked barely 4000 steps today, when I average 12-13k.

I ran for the first time today, since I was sick about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't a great run, but at least I did it.

I decided to try a 45 minute Thursday morning conditioning class followed by 15 minutes of abs & core, and it ends early enough for a Trader Joe run before work.

The teacher was featured on Good Morning America or some such so a sub came.

It still was a good workout, I just don't know what could have been .....

Short workout after a fire call. Some idjit threw a cigarette into leaves on Main Street. I ran the radio room like a good geezer.

    Awesome Farback!

Today is the day before Thanksgiving. Cooking and cleaning today. My goal is to not lose my mind. Luckily I am not baking or have anything to do with dessert prep. I am solely veggies today and not even potatoes. I can assure you, the temptation to binge on spinach, etc is never there!

Cooking and laundry for me. Everyone loves green bean casserole. So, I'm making it. But, I bought the smaller size container of french fried onion rings so that I would not be tempted to eat the extras.
