    Since I dropped my miles, I haven't logged most of the track walking while waiting for classes to start, but between yesterday and today's running during classes, I'm taking a portion of it and adding 1.5 miles at the moment.

    Feb: 100 m running or purposeful walking.

    16th: 8.27 miles, 5.27 miles running, 3 miles purposeful walking - MTD 63.47
    17th: 3 miles purposeful walking, Pilates - MTD 66.47
    18th: 7.58 miles, 4.58 running (inc. Park Run), 3 m purposeful walking - MTD 74.05
    19th: 7.8 miles - 4.3 m running, 3.5 m purposeful walking MTD 81.85
    20th: 0 miles, 0.7 TM Pilates and strength training - MTD 82.85

    Spring is sprung here too and the local churchyard looks fab with crocus breaking through.

    HA! Talk about scatterbrained.

    That moment when you realize you haven't posted mileage at all this month. Then that although you've been keeping track you realize that you forgot to sign up for the challenge!!

    Feb. 20: Adding 12.5 miles today of 5.5 miles walking and jumping rope and 7 miles on stationary bike. Could not get home after teaching intramural a to actually get outside for some enjoyment.

    Haven't been on since Thursdays walk & fitness class because I haven't moved much till today. I somehow ended up with a very ugly infection on the back of my leg. I held off till it was real bad (I know STUPID) to get on antibiotics but now have been on them since Friday. Our weather was once again beautiful today so in my long sleeve t-shirt & my little furry we went & walked 5 miles & then this evening did 8 on the ex bike. I am feeling better & I hope HEALING!!

    @darkrider - Thanks for the tip on changing the stride on the fitbit. I know I looked for that when I first got it years ago, but couldn't find anything. Maybe it is an option they added since then? Regardless, after my 11 miles on Saturday, I checked the fitbit and it had me at 11.43 which is about right when you include my little bit of walking around before and after. Perfect!!! Thanks!

    2 treadmill miles after a weights class. The video on that run, through some parks on the western US was annoying, I think the guy filming it was on something. Way too close to trees, or the edges of the trails, running where there was no path. I swear I was wobbling while I ran.

    Also making GOAL this month is @KAR328!! :star: I know what you mean about some of those videos on the treadmills! :laugh: My guess is that they use some sort of drone or quadcopter with a video camera on it because it doesn't bounce at all...but it sure does weave a lot sometimes!

    @K80FLEC - Gorgeous picture of the flowers! Spring is such a nice reward for making it through winter. :smile:

    Also making GOAL this month is @KAR328!! :star: I know what you mean about some of those videos on the treadmills! :laugh: My guess is that they use some sort of drone or quadcopter with a video camera on it because it doesn't bounce at all...but it sure does weave a lot sometimes!

    I do enjoy the videos overall and they're the only reason I stay on the danged thing for any length of time. Ours go through New Zealand, Germany and a bunch of National Parks on the West Coast. There's another parks one that opens up with you on the trail on the side of a mountain, I swear I tried to put my back up against the mountain the first time I saw it. I chuckle when i do the Germany one because there's a point where you're passing a cyclist.

    Got in 7 from ex bike before work this morning & 3 from treadmill this evening. Old man winter is to appear during the night. I am quite sick of him & was hoping to NOT see him for about 10 months!!!

    Ha! That sounds like the same exact ones that I see on the treadmills at my Lifetime! I forget the model of the treadmill, but they're black LifeFitness treadmills. Pretty nice too. What's cool is that, if you want it to, it also raises and lowers the treadmill incline with the terrain in the video. Most of the time when I run, I set it not to do that by leaving it at 0%...but that's been quite a while since I've run. Mostly walking and biking these days to give my right knee a good long break to heal. I think it's working. *fingers crossed*
