Nice job on making GOAL there, @SUFFERLANDRIAN!!You are right, Dean! We've had a record warm February and temps have been at or close to upper 50's & 60 for a couple of weeks now, but we're in for a rude re-awakening starting sometime tonight!! Although, they have been downgrading it from what they originally predicted a few days ago...they were talking a Snow-mageddon again, but now we're just supposed to get a regular heavy snowfall of maybe 6" instead of 12" or more. I'm okay with that. :laugh:

Adding 2 miles from walking before HIIT class, then laps during the class. After each set of exercises, they consisted of running a lap with a medicine ball, doing a burpee at four locations on the track, then holding it overhead, followed by 2-3 laps of running, depending on which level you were doing. I'm tired.

WEIRD WEATHER!! We didn't even get so much as a dusting! But 45 minutes south of where I live they got 10-12" of new snow!!
