    Got in 7 from ex bike before work this morning & 3 from treadmill this evening. Old man winter is to appear during the night. I am quite sick of him & was hoping to NOT see him for about 10 months!!!

    I do enjoy the videos overall and they're the only reason I stay on the danged thing for any length of time. Ours go through New Zealand, Germany and a bunch of National Parks on the West Coast. There's another parks one that opens up with you on the trail on the side of a mountain, I swear I tried to put my back up against the mountain the first time I saw it. I chuckle when i do the Germany one because there's a point where you're passing a cyclist.
    Ha! That sounds like the same exact ones that I see on the treadmills at my Lifetime! I forget the model of the treadmill, but they're black LifeFitness treadmills. Pretty nice too. What's cool is that, if you want it to, it also raises and lowers the treadmill incline with the terrain in the video. Most of the time when I run, I set it not to do that by leaving it at 0%...but that's been quite a while since I've run. Mostly walking and biking these days to give my right knee a good long break to heal. I think it's working. *fingers crossed*

    Heavy work load this month...so I can say I will not be making even close to my goal...everyday I am going home and crashing into the fridge! So next month will have to be better in all areas .

    Adding 14 more miles for 64 out of 200. What are the odds I would get 14 miles three days in a row. Truth be told, it was 14.1, 14.3 and 14.2 but I'm in to rounding to even numbers so I can do the math (most of the time).
