    Been an odd week. Don't feel like I've ever really gotten a good handle on things this week and now it's on to the weekend. :oBut overall, I guess things are going pretty well minus the exercise.

    I'm sick and at the same time I'm starving. Dont know what's wrong with me. Ugh. Bad day. 300 cals over maintenance. Ugh. Hopefully I straighten out tomorrow.

    Last minute I couldnt handle being over maintenance so I jumped on the bike and did 25 minutes. Put me right under maintenance but at least I wasnt over.

    Not exercising might slow down our progress, but as long as we are eating at a deficit, it won't derail our progress!!

    Sorry you are not feeling well! Look at you, though, undoing some of your calorie splurge damage!! Hopefully the starving feeling will go away, now that it got what it wanted!!

    Loss this week -8.75lbs!!! Holy Moly!!!!! After the yo you of late I have committed to 14 days completely clean eating and along with my regular gym routines this is the result in 7 days!!! I actually cannot believe it. I feel great, satisfied food wise, energised for gym and all round great!!

    8 weeks til holiday need to keep pushing. Don't expect another big whoosh but can defo aim for a couple pound each week :)

    Plus I hit my 6 stone loss!!!! WOOP WOOP!!

    What do I say about this loss?!!! First, I'll congratulate you on being July Week #3's Biggest Loser, because that goes without saying!!!! Wow!! I am glad that you are feeling great and satisfied...the two don't always go together!!! And I am also glad that you realize that next week's loss will be much smaller by comparison!! Kudos on working hard and reaching your 6 stone loss milestone!!! I'll second the WOOP WOOP!!!

    Another week of maintenance...no loss, but also no gain!! How long have you been at 166? Is this a plateau, or expected because of what you are doing as far as eating and exercise are concerned?

    I was actually surprised, because Saturday and Monday were complete blowouts. But the last three days were really good, so maybe that's what counted.

    And count they did! Nice loss for the week. Your exercise this week and "good" eating days really paid off!
