    Friday, July 13th: 160.6
    Friday, July 20th: 158.0

I was actually surprised, because Saturday and Monday were complete blowouts. But the last three days were really good, so maybe that's what counted.

Basically how my week went. Fri and Sat were terrible. But I went real hard Mon-Wed and it showed on the scale!
    Nice loss!!!

Anybody else having trouble with bookmarks? Not all bookmarks, just team threads? I have this thread bookmarked, as well as another team thread, but they don't show up in my list, but my other bookmarks do.
Ya, it doesn't show up in my bookmarks either so I just click the notification icon and click on a previous post notification to get here.

Nicely done, Tami! You had such a big loss last week, that I was expecting a push back from your body, but instead it allowed for a tiny loss, which is very different from a tiny gain!! Keep up the good work!!

    Mini challenge
    20/07
    Calories : tracked and under
Exercices : over 17 000 steps includes 50 min on treadmill + 25 on elliptical.
Was working somewhere else today so didn't get my usual 3h walk. So I thought I'd stay at the gym a bit longer.

Another week of maintenance...no loss, but also no gain!! How long have you been at 166? Is this a plateau, or expected because of what you are doing as far as eating and exercise are concerned?

I've been at 166 for 3 1/2 weeks - almost a plateau - but not quite. LOL! I was 165.6 this morning, but won't count it as a loss until it's closer to 165.0 AND for at least 2 days in a row.

Well, there you are, quietly going about your business and posting a loss!! Way to make last week's gain a little blip on the screen and not a trend!! Have another week like this one, and the gain will be completely gone!!! You got this, Karen!!

@Coheednkimbria, where did you go? I just realized you have been silent all week, and missed your weigh-in from yesterday. Hoping it's a fun reason, like vacation, or a week long Zumba retreat!!

A four pound weight loss. Ya! I hit my goals for water and exercise everyday. I was under my calories for every day this week as well.
