    I am proud that I made it through a couple of hectic and stressful months at work without giving in to my binge monster. Mindfulness and tracking are so key for me. I hope I can make this a habit for life.

    Goals or Day: Overall a great day Post half marathon so definitely sore. Will give myself the week before fully running hard again to allow time for my ankle to heal and muscles to repair. I also noticed my macros I took in more carbs than norm which is to be expected so I will make sure tomorrow to have more harmony with getting protein in either via shake or fish/egg whites.

    I'm happy that eventhough the shred is over, I've still managed to have losses each week. I am goving myself 1 cheat meal a week and still sticking to workouts and macros. I'm very happy with the results. I wore jeans from when my husband and I first met yesterday! My goal was tp be 135-140! Almost there. Very happy, strong, and comfortable in my skin now!

    Day: Started out with the best intentions today and did really well until after dinner. I baked for work so of course I ended up tasting a ton and just feeling super snacky in general, so I definitely blew it by the end of the night. But back on track Monday to kick off a good week and strive for a loss this week!
