Committed to staying on plan today. 👍
Lately, I’ve been eating over, sometimes due to the stress of Jack’s surgery but sometimes not. I can’t figure out what caused the “not”. I was very aware I was eating. It was a very conscious decision to do so. I’m very focused now on getting back on track. 🤔

Thanksgiving definitely took a toll, but honestly I’m ok with it. I’ll get back on track. This month my C25K renews, so I’m gonna get back on that, plus work starts back up, so I’ll be moving a lot more. I hope everybody enjoyed their holiday! I definitely did lol.2 -

Certainly it’s been an interesting month of ups and downs with the busyness of the season, completing the half marathon, changes with my work schedule and even the flu. Nonetheless, I overcame and appreciate so much our team! Thank you all for allowing me to join the challenge to healthy living and weight loss. I hope for December more weight comes off and I get closer to my big picture goals.1 -
See you all in the December thread! I just wrapped up 3 solid days of eating and drinking everything in sight so I expect a gain for my first December weigh in tomorrow. It was fun but I feel gross and bloated. Got to get back on track!2
