@skullandskeletons ... COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS ... it is one day ... I don't worry about tracking on a holiday but do try to make good decisions when I have an option. Prioritize ME and get in a workout/run. Distance myself from drama that my sister-in-law wears like a badge of honor.

My poor pup, Jack, had 23 teeth extracted yesterday. Stayed up with him last night to hold his head in position so he could breathe. He’s in rough shape today, poor guy. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Hi Team! Great work on all the pounds lost! I am overcoming the flu but staying focused on my big picture goals and why. I would love to continue on for December! I am still learning MFP communities and posting etc so thanks for your encouragement, warm welcomes inviting me into the Fam and all the inspiring weight loss/healthy lifestyle examples!
Hope you all have a fantastic holiday week and take time to mindfully enjoy the little things as I will be eating intuitively with my body listening internally to what my body needs.

High anxiety due to dog’s surgery. Figured it’s better to eat mindfully below maintenance than to eat mindlessly over calories.

Tracked: Yes- even though hubby thought I was crazy to track Maggiano’s calories lol. It’s good to be aware and plus knowledge is power. Besides I didn’t let the calorie count get to me as I still enjoyed myself not overeating but savoring each bite and even had the deadly chocolate cake just eating a fourth of it. It was decadent and delicious!
Calories (goal 1200): Over by 500 so not as bad as I thought considering we have a family tradition of hosting our family at Maggiano’s for their family feast.
Activity: Walking- lots of walking, run (virtual race 🦋), squats, sit ups, push ups and cycling. Hit my goals for the day plus a little extra!
A Thought from My Day: Enjoy life and count all your blessings knowing each day and moment is precious! So be thankful.1 -
