    @cstehansen Haha! I've always said that about acne & gray hair at the same time being totally unfair lol :lol:

    I've been eating whole foods & strictly grain free for 13 years with my only carb creep coming from fruits, veg, and small amounts of maple syrup/honey, sometimes legumes. So it was a huge surprise to me to have this result because I didn't think I was eating anything that could cause it. But I think the insulin balance I've now achieved with Keto must have evened out all my other hormones as well. It's remarkable!

    @RacyTray It stands for Non Scale Victory.

    In other words, delights and pleasures due to LCHF/P which are not measured by weight-loss pound reduction alone.... ;)

    @Bouddle please forgive me.

    I swear i didn't mean it... call it a mental Freudian slip.

    I could have sworn you wrote,
    The best part of this is I'm getting laid and the trip is free as I'm taking a client.

    I need to get out more.

    Or stay in.....

    @StacyChrz and @AlexandraCarlyle thank you, you're very sweet <3 . I'm an exacting personality so I know I'll never be at peace with the tiger stripes even though, for my three girls, I would do it all over again. At least my legs escaped the stretchmarked hell fire :D
