The are divine when they are baked. Don't even need to put them in foil if you don't want to. I did butternut squash and beets together the other day to put in a salad. So good!1

So a lot of water gain, Tom is here , out of fear
But it will pass
Yesterday meal was so satiating, so it's ok
Today oat bran bun, little hot dogs and ragu minced pork meat with tomato sauce
Thank god is friday!

Well , phisically feel like crap, headaches, dizziness, but mentally I am well

Ok so just 118.8 kg, that's only 300g after a sushi day, sounds good to me
I plan to do something sweet today but will see ...
Well today pork tongue, mashed potatoes and aioli sauce
Tomorrow will be holliday , but till then a hard work day

Yes, Sushi is one of my favorites and I like a lot that Omad let's you play with any kind of food you like
Today meal ham, gouda cheese,tomatoes, surimi sticks and a little cake which was not ready when I made the photo
Tomorrow will be mum anniversary but as we work, we will celebrate her today
She is 75 and yesterday I bought her a lot of presents and did not patience till tomorrow so I already given her these, she was so delighted!

Day 17 119.3kg but I want to keep my goal of minimum 4 kg in August as I wished, keeping carbs a little lower from now on
Well busy days at the office for two weeks, I will replace my boss and things are not so easy
But will manage
The window is 16 17 to eat and here it is the meal of today and Friday : sauteed cabbage with roasted duck

Thank you Brenda, I also love your meals, in fact all the people here are such a great inspiration not only for meals but for the whole OMAD style!
Well for tomorrow I prepared my version of taco salad - so two wraps as a base and the salad : sardines, baby spinach, corn and yogurt and lemon dressing
Can't wait till tomorrow
I think if I am well planned with meaIs I will not cheat and have good results
