    Great results! I did OMAD one time before and after about four months, I had a month stall where I lost nothing. I was always too afraid to do a splurge day but I decided to do one before I tried something drastic. I lost 5 pounds that week and I absolutely couldn't believe it. I plan on doing plain old OMAD till I stall and will try that splurge day again :o

    Well this is my first week without a loss. I mean I don't necessarily believe 0.1lb is a gain either.

    Sorry I haven't been very active, I am still reading everything.

    The splurge day I had last week was okay. I didn't have any issues getting right back on board to my OMAD.

    0.1 means nothing, could be water or something you can solve visiting the toilet. Your loss path is super cool, really.
