    yes , so after a month of OMAD the pros are better energy , better organize of food, lower cost of food and more other
    I am still fighting with the cons - headaches almost daily, hunger during the day and lack of sleep during the night
    I tried to take magnesium for the sleep it works but just a couple of hours
    Headaches I am not sure what to do about
    But I will continue , see how I can manage.....

    It seems that my migraines were related also to Tom , will see, for the moment they gone
    And try to go to sleep later so that I can sleep till morning
    I am now usually K.O at 22 o clock and so at 2:00 I start walking in the house and lacking sleep :smile:

    So today sauteed cabbage with fried minced meat and bacon

    Those other things look really yummy. I guess I'm spoiled a bit, a lot of cultures don't waste things. I had a Navajo Indian foster brother when I grew up and he would eat every bit of a sheep. Nothing went to waste!
