    April 4th

    Weight - 170.8

    Previous night's Dinner - 398

    Chicken Fajita Meat (220)
    Onions (64)
    Green Bell Pepper (24)
    Medium Salsa (15)
    Sugar Free Jello (15)

Yummy Dinner, and ate if very quickly in order to get Mila to dance on time. When I got back to the house I was kinda hungry, but I didn't give in. Glad I didn't. Okay, so the goal for today is to eat around 1,500 calories. My Omad is going to be awesome today.

You are doing great Sammy! I am totally going to get on the sugar free jello kick that sounds so good especially the whipped cream part of it.

It definitly hits the sweet spot on low calorie days. The best part is you can have a sizable portion. It is a great treat.

Awesome job, Sammy! I've never had jello and whipped cream! Do you mean that you mix the powder into the cream?

No, I make the jello per the directions. I only add the whip cream, when I divvy out my serving. The whip cream gets mushed other wise.

    Weight - 170.4

    Previous night's Dinner - 1,554 Calories

    Snack-
    Peanut Butter Cracker (180)
    Cheetoes (150)

    Dinner-
    Cheeseburger Mac (620)
    Frozen Yogurt Waffle Cone (460)
    2 Twix Bites (144)

I am finding it really hard to make it to my OMAD after the "fasting" 500 calories day. I will try to persevere. That is what I like about this, I am really seeing a pattern of limitations and strengths. Weigh in tomorrow, and we shall see how the first week of Analyzing April turned out.

Gotcha! I was thinking it was some sort of flavored whip or something. Sounds yummy!
Great weigh-in! I'm excited to see your results tomorrow :)

I had a really hard time doing 4:3 even eating 3 meals on my eating days. I did some calculations and found I had more overall fast time per month just doing OMAD. (Understandably, you are mixing fast days with OMAD, so you will be getting the best of both...) Good luck this month!!

    Daily Weigh in - 169.6

    Previous Nights' Dinner

    Three small Chicken strips (homemade)
    Corn
    Mashed potatoes
    Jello and whipped cream

    Intake - <500 Calories

Well I believe the first week was a success. With the amount of calories taken in, I should have been right at a 2 lb loss, which I was just shy of. So the math is there. However, it hasn't been the easiest thing to keep at. Like right this moment I am ravenous, and feeling on the verge of a splurge day. But I am holding on to the promise of the 160's.

    April 10th

    Weight - 169.9

I have been a little lax these past few days on counting my calories. I have done small vs. big plate instead of 500 vs. 1500. Today is a 500 day, so I will be counting.

Thank you all for all the supportive vibes. My husband heart is broken, as this was his dream job. Since he is part of the union they will be fighting for what is right in this situation. We are still on administrative leave but that should end at the end of this week.

I'll be catching up with all you wonderful people throughout the day.

    xoxo
