    Exercise Yes Got a walk in with the puppy before work and then work was really crazy with lots of extra trips to get supplies.

    Exercise Yes Crazy work night, got off at 7:30 am had to be back for a meeting at noon and then class at 4pm. I might have slept in there somewhere. I walked around the park before class and there was a group of 6 kids working on calisthenics (summer rec program) that when I asked if I could join them were ecstatic to "teach" me the right way. That was hard work.

    Nice run yesterday. And, I ate my lunch slowly - took 30 min, and was full before I finished everything. LOL. That usually never happens.

    Congratulations on being out of the 40's and good for you to ask to join the group doing calisthenics! Most of us would have been too shy to ask! I am glad they "taught" you the right way!!

    This week will be a bit tricky for posting the challenge daily, and my weight is my best guess from an older scale. I should be able to get back on track when I return home Thursday.
    Last week’s weight= 216.8
    This week’s weight= 218
    I have not been able to get my regular exercise in & have been eating more carbs. 😳

    just noticed that I had the dates wrong for the mini challenge this week. I had 7/6 & 7/7 for sun & mon. Those were supposed to be be 7/8 & 7/9
