Exercise Yes Got a walk in with the puppy before work and then work was really crazy with lots of extra trips to get supplies.

Exercise Yes Crazy work night, got off at 7:30 am had to be back for a meeting at noon and then class at 4pm. I might have slept in there somewhere. I walked around the park before class and there was a group of 6 kids working on calisthenics (summer rec program) that when I asked if I could join them were ecstatic to "teach" me the right way. That was hard work.

Last week with the holidays was pretty salt heavy with lots of BBQ so I was quite surprised to see a decrease.

Congratulations on being out of the 40's and good for you to ask to join the group doing calisthenics! Most of us would have been too shy to ask! I am glad they "taught" you the right way!!0 -
