Hi guys - late check in today because sh** was cray cray this morning, but in a good way :)

Here's my food porn - was going to fast last night but I have just been STARVING this week and really run down...I dunno what the story is, Wishbone!

    cbjasuzv11yd.png

It's just some buffalo roasted cauliflower and half of a chicken bratwurst with mustard and a little tiny bit 'o' ranch for my cauli :)

Even with that, I had to get something to eat at lunch, and I'm NEVER this hungry during the day - I'm really not sure what's up with this - so I had some ramen soup and a beef stick and some raw veggies at lunch - I'm already hungry again only an hour or two later. I'll probs have to eat tonight but I'm going to do my best to stick to low carb stuffs (hopefully veggies and fruits only)

I'll keep y'all posted and letcha know as soon as we have access to a scale again LOL

    Stay awesome ma peeps!

Hi kids! First things first - food porn :)
    a5njfcrnnnp8.png

2 bone-in chicken thighs and a giant salad with some Caesar dressing. I put the chicken ON the salad btw LOL.

It was technically a 2MAD - I've been so unGODLY hungry this week...to the point of uncomfortable so I dunno what's up with that but I hope it goes away soon! LOL

Still no scale - and given the state of construction in the gym I think it might be a little bit before I can check in on the weigh in.

Thanks! It's a work in progress though...things are still being built LOL - and it's HUGE which is nice to get lots of steps in, but literally it takes 10 minutes to get to the kitchen and refill my water ahhahahahhaha - I feel like I'm away from my desk a lot more than I'd like to be, but I'm sure we'll adjust :)

That is great for health purposes, though! I was just thinking about how I could maintain this level of activity when I get back to Miami. I am currently averaging over 16K steps in LA, and I would love to keep that up because it's so much more satisfying than spending hours on the treadmill. Miami can be so unbearably hot some days, though, and it's really flat so I also won't get the benefit of the natural inclines anymore :( Maybe I will challenge myself to always go to the farthest water fountain every time I fill up like what you're dealing with.

That sounds like a good plan Britt! This week has been so crazy that I barely had time to go get water... That's the end of the month in the mortgage business for you LOL Controlled Chaos! Good thing my water cup at work is like 40 oz LOL

Adding extra activity really works. Park in the back of the grocery store parking lot, for instance. Walk a few laps before shopping, etc.

    Good luck.

@mistymeadows2005 wow! Yes, good thing you have a big cup! I picked up an 8-cup jug from Target last year, and it is AMAZING since I know I only need to fill it up 2-3 times. I will probably commit to using my smaller one when I get back to Miami to get those steps in!
    Great tips, @EstrangedTiger!

    Thanks Sarah!

Update BTW team - I finally got a house, Ced got a job where I work with much more reasonable hours, now it's just UTTER chaos of packing and scheduling everything to move etc. Things are on course but still no scale so let's hope running the play is doing the job :)

Hi guyssssssssssssss!!! I'm moved in and settling...no groceries in the house or kitchen items unpacked yet, but that's on the schedule for this weekend. I'm sure I've put on a few pounds over the past month or so but I'm not sweating it - going to try to get back on my normal schedule by the end of this week and from there it should be smooth sailing, seeing as MOST of my big stressors are now GONE! :) It'll take some time to get back to where I was but it's a marathon, not a sprint so I'm ready!

Just checking in guys - I know it's been a WHILE LOL - I'm still holding steady but no progress down which I'm ok with BECAUSE the move and all sorts of family and health issues have been my priority (along with a huge amount of work LOL) - I'm going to try to get back on a normal schedule and HOPEFULLY be able to catch up on posts here soon...Hope y'all are doing well!

Welp I was at 184 before the holiday, up to 188.8 today but a few fasting days (or mini fasting) and that'll whoosh right off - pushing lots of water and keeping the cals SUPER low until the weekend and I'll be right back on track! Hoping to get down to 175 by the end of Jan (which should be more than doable if I'm a good kid :p:p:p )

Back down to 185.4 - so one more mini fast and I'll be UNDER where I was Friday last week - ie A LOSS in THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS!!! I have New Years to contend with this week but if I do one more low cal day TOMORROW night I should have another net loss next Friday too :)

HI GUYS! Weighed in this morn - down to 183.4 - so 0.6 loss in the WEEK OF CHRISTMAS! I'll TAKE IT! :)

Rinse and repeat this week and then the following week should be a BREEZE without any holidays to interfere.
