    Woo going the right direction although somewhat because I was sick for a few days. I think it has been enough time of me eating normally since being sick that this is a good number and I won't bounce back up even more. Have been tracking better the past three days and plan to keep that up.

    I went to Buti Yoga three times this past week, and I think that helped! I also just signed up for another stepbet to help keep me motivated for the next six weeks! It will include a week spent at my in-laws, which will be hard. I am hoping it will be the perfect excuse for me to fit in a couple of walks!

    Shocked but not shocked! I stepped on the scale 5 times just make sure, lol. I actually did very well with my food intake and did so much walking and physical activities this past week and weekend that it definitely paid off. Definitely gives me motivation to keep active and continue to watch what I eat. 😁

    @Keepingtrack1234, I've got an Aria from Fitbit, but wouldn't buy it again. Amazon has several that look good for not too much money.

    Yes, I have heard really mixed reviews on that...too much $$$! I may re-buy the one I have, it's just old and has been jumped on so many times by my daughter lol. But I did like it for about 4 years, it was accurate! Thanks!
