    • 64oz Water daily(minimum) S✔ M✔ T✔ W✔ T✔
    • Bedtime by 9:15 all nights but Wednesday and Saturday nights. Sat ✔ S(only 20 minutes later)❌ M✔ T✔ W❌
    • Pre-Pack gym bag and lunch each day this week. S✔ M❌ T✔ W❌ T✔
    • 10,000 daily step goal except for Sundays (I need to get better with this on my days off!) S(8,929)✔ M(18,952)✔ T(11,729)✔ W(19,014)✔ T(13,141)✔

    Under Yes - a miracle, I went to a party/bbq and had grilled chicken, made key lime pie for desert and saved calories for it to fit in.
    Exercise No, sadly - that's two no's this week. BUT also two YESes!!!

    Start weight:  216 lbs
    Previous week's weight: 215.4 lbs
    Current week's weight: 216.6  lbs

    Knew and expected this gain after the past week.. I can only just keep trying and accept that the next couple weeks are not going to be easy for me. I can say though that I have had 4 or 5 lb gains in a day or two before when things were rough so I'm taking this as a hiccup... not a setback.

    Maintained 🙄 I’m really annoyed at this actually. I know I shouldn’t be because I’m doing the right things and it will all come off in time but I’ve been SO consistent this week. Have clocked up 4 gym workouts since Sunday and have walked my 10000 steps every day. Food has also been to plan so who knows what’s happening!

    Amazing to read everybody’s losses though and taking so much motivation from that! Well done everyone 🎉

    @Coral333 maintaining this week is a wonderful thing(it didn't go up, right?)! Just know that you are doing all the right things, and I'm sure it will pay off next week at Weigh-In! There are so many reasons why you may not have seen a loss on the scale this week, that are totally out of your control! Stay positive, and keep your focus! Maybe next week will bring a greater loss!

    You have the right mindset, this is not a setback, just a hiccup! Just continue to make mindful choices, even when things get tricky! This is not a contest to see who reaches goal the fastest, so just keep pushing to reach your goals at your own pace 😊 I hope that the next few weeks are not too difficult for you!

    Under: no (bbq, snacks and alcohol did not add up to reasonable calories)

    Mindset was not right yesterday. Bad thing is that I knew I wasn’t going to exercise so I knew I wouldn’t get a “yes” for the mini challenge which made me think “why work to stay under calories if I’m not getting a yes anyway”. Very bad mindset to have and something I’ll have to work on. I tend to be all or nothing and my exercise (or lack thereof sometimes) dictates my food choices.
