            Good evening, warriors!
 Iβm going to try hard to connect here more often throughout the day. I am always more accountable when I check in often.
 I am so far so good for calories today. I have about 60 left to goal but Iβm feeling hungry. I just boiled some water so maybe a nice tea will stave off the craving. I canβt imagine I will stop at 60 cal of anything I might grab for a snack so Iβll try not to grab anything.

            Day 7: My non scale victory to help push me through the New Year:
 Honestly, I'm still recovering from Thanksgiving! I did send the leftover desserts with my husband who went out of town. I am, as I type, converting the leftover turkey & cut up veggies (appetizers that I may have been the only one eating lol) into a turkey rice soup which will be good for some healthy lunches. I am tossing the dips. I am sending the leftover gravy (there was a lot) with my daughter tonight for her friends-giving with friends (along with making yet MORE mashed potatoes). I am committing to doing the elliptical at home every morning during December so that it doesn't get skipped on days when I can't take an exercise lunch break at work. If we go out, I will order a sensible meal. I'm hoping this all helps get me through! Oh & "Serenity Now" to stay calm through the hectic-ness!3

            I watched an inspirational, heartwarming & funny movie while putting my aching feet up last night! "Brittany Runs a Marathon", on Amazon Prime Video & I don't know where else. Absolutely loved it!1
