    Not too many steps at the in-law’s! I tried taking the dogs for a walk but it was icy out so I didn’t last very long.

    .... weigh ins on Sundays...and staying within limits on the weekend...weekends are my struggle for sure.

    No eating out ❌ We ordered out pizza, but it was planned so I knew this was coming


    Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔ 35 minute walk


    No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔

    Honestly, I'm still recovering from Thanksgiving! I did send the leftover desserts with my husband who went out of town. I am, as I type, converting the leftover turkey & cut up veggies (appetizers that I may have been the only one eating lol) into a turkey rice soup which will be good for some healthy lunches. I am tossing the dips. I am sending the leftover gravy (there was a lot) with my daughter tonight for her friends-giving with friends (along with making yet MORE mashed potatoes). I am committing to doing the elliptical at home every morning during December so that it doesn't get skipped on days when I can't take an exercise lunch break at work. If we go out, I will order a sensible meal. I'm hoping this all helps get me through! Oh & "Serenity Now" to stay calm through the hectic-ness!

    I watched an inspirational, heartwarming & funny movie while putting my aching feet up last night! "Brittany Runs a Marathon", on Amazon Prime Video & I don't know where else. Absolutely loved it!
