Hey @gewel321 I am following one from the book Overcoming Binge Eating - it was recommended in another group https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/726-binge-eating-support-group

My goals are going to be the same for the rest of the week:
(1) 1200 cals
(2) walk to work or go to the gym
(3) bed before 11pm
(4) don't go near the scales
Yesterday I achieved (1), (2) and (4).
On track today for all 4.4 -

Today: go to sleep by 9.
Had sad news today of a mom friend who lost her 12-year old after a long bout with cancer. I’m heartbroken for her.
My goal for evening is now self-care, meditation, gratitude; then sleep.2 -

On track today for all 4.
Well, had to wait up for my daughter getting home late so I didn't do no.3.
Today I walked to work and still avoided the scales but daughter at a party till midnight so i wont get an early night and i had cake at the team meeting so I'm over the 1200 but within my normal allowance. 12 000+ steps today though so that's given me a bigger deficit than expected.
Same again for tomorrow.1 -

I've booked a beach holiday for May, I've set a target of 17lbs off in 15 weeks - absolutely doable - so I'm now on "holiday plan" mode.
So, my goals for this week:
(1) Preplan and log all meals
(2) Stick to less than 1400cals
(3) Walk to work or go to the gym Monday to Friday
(4) Bed before 11pm
(5) DO NOT RAID THE CHOCOLATE TIN WHILE WATCHING TV!
- yes shouty capitals are necessary, I need a proper telling off after the weekend!

Eat my 2000 calories. Do my knee/glute exercises and hit the yoga class tonight.3

since I was out of town for a meeting that was having a catered lunch and I knew I'd be eating out for dinner as well since it would be a 4 hour trip home, my goal for today had been to stay under maintenance as I figured it was going to be a forgone conclusion that I'd be over my limit pretty far today.
I'm very happy to say, though, that I ended up over by only 23 calories! That's a huge win in my book!5 -

1) 45 minutes on the elliptical - DONE
2) 14kish steps - Half Done
3) Eat in a calorie deficit
4) Practice my ukulele - yep I am still doing that

Did go to be earlyish, but did not go rowing this morning, weather was foggy and didn't sleep well. So intend to do strength training this evening to make up for it.
