    How Was My Day: today I had vodka and a diet coke...not sure how I feel about this. This was my first soda since starting my diet. I dont want it to become a slippery slope. I also had a sub in a tub from Jerseys Mike. First time eating out since on the diet. A lot of firsts.

    Have you tried vodka and soda water? It took me a little bit to get used to it, but now I prefer it to all other drinks. It also doesn't trigger my craving for diet coke!

    No I haven't. I would to figure out how to make a mojito! I will try the soda water.

    How Was My Day: So proud of myself. I sell cupcakes sometimes. Last night I made 5 dozen. I always have extra. Proud to say I did not eat one nor did I taste any frosting!

    *I was on target this week. Here is my observation for the slight uptick in weight:

    1. Increased cardio and weights.
    2. Lack of sleep (teething baby 🥰)
    3. Bloated this morning.

    The weekly weigh-in helps me to collect data, and learn more about my health journey!😊

    Slowly getting back down to the lowest weight I've hit so far on this journey. 1 pound until then, and then need to continue on to get down to goal! I need to shake the trend of the last few months of gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. Have a friend coming for the long weekend, so I need to be conscious and make good choices while balancing fun! Luckily she is big into working out, so I think we will try to work out in mornings to balance any eating and alcohol. We will see how it goes.
