    Hang in there! You lost weight. Google the Whoosh effect...some say it is BS, but I have seen it happen! Do you look at your macros as well? This helps me!

    I used to eat a small part of my exercise calories but since two weeks I'm trying not to do that. It's quite hard because I also drink my (dietician-approved) protein shakes after my exercise classes, which means an extra 200-250 kcals on those days...
    If I am not mistaken it finally shows on the scale again. We'll see on Friday...(skipped weigh in last week due to immense frustration)

    Need some assistance. I am staying the same... Winter always gets me down ( Season Depression) but this year is tougher than normal.. Weight is staying the same but I can't say that I have logged my food ...I have been trying to curb some of the bad food but my heart is just not in it. I don't want to drag down the group with me not losing each week so I am thinking about making this my last month on this challenge. I need outside thoughts other than my own... I can't seem to get past the negative thoughts today

    Don't worry, please do stay with us if it helps to stay somewhat focused on your goal. Then we can celebrate with you once the sunny days come again and weight loss becomes easier.
    Maybe indeed just track one meal and see how that goes?
    I found for myself that on really bad days trying to avoid bad food doesn't work at all. But fore example a hot chocolate instead of chocolate bar (see the difference in calories!) does work, while still making me feel better.... maybe there are similar swaps for you?
    Also, don't be too hard on yourself, battling the depression is hard enough *hug*
    Maybe it also helps to take off the pressure if you weigh in only every two weeks?
