    • Clean up the house - today, the dining room, living room and prep for office.
    • Something to relax
    • Hit calories again

Did a TON of organizing yesterday. Of course you can't tell because it looks worse before it looks better, but I at least got several boxes of unpacked stuff out of my office, and moved my sewing stuff off the dining room table. Didn't get a chance to weigh the giant ribeye we split for dinner, so guessed at that. We also had some home canned green beans and opened our first jar home canned spiced peaches.

Today the cat sitter comes by for an introduction and to get the keys. Friday, we leave for two weeks back home in MN!
    • Continue organizing (hide piles of crap before cat sitter arrives)
    • Walk or bike ride?
    • Hit calories

@conniewilkins56 here is the base recipe. I used the bigger crescent rolls and frozen Tyson chicken chunks (it’s just easier). Heat chicken up on stove. Heat milk and soup. Throw half cheese (I use cheddar instead of mozzarella cause that’s my preference) in with chicken. Roll out crescents and fill. Put in Pyrex dish cover with soup mix and rest of cheese and bake. They are amazing and with lower fat options I got the calories down to decent. I also get a container of Bob Evans mashed potatoes (again go with ease. 6 minutes in the microwave. They are much better than instant) and usually corn. Whole meal done!

Going to focus on pre-logging again
    Hit calories again
    Practice my flute piece
  • Eat what I logged; no more, no less.

Drink more water than hot tea today.

Finish yesterday's work: Move the movable furniture in the bedroom and sweep and damp-mop Under and Behind it all. Put it back, and neaten the room up.

Do today's work: Downstairs: High dust and horizontal dust in sitting room, kitchen, and library. Sweep, damp mop, and vaccum sitting room, kitchen, and library. Vaccuum rugs from bedroom and replace. Put anything back you moved and neaten the room up.

Lunch is leftover cleanup, cause we need to do that.
Dinner is sweet and sour shrimp with rice and broccoli.

      Today's To Do List:
        [*] Strength Training
[*] Lunchtime Walk (Pick up some of the small grocery shop I need for week's food)
        [*] Yoga before bed
[*] Complete Calm App reflection & gratitude diary
        [*] Change bedding
        [*] Laundry
[*] Prep Chicken Wings & Kale Chips for this evening

      • Change bed sheets on the two occupied beds and run several loads of laundry, cause the bedroom hamper is full.

Clean up the kitchen since it didn't get done last night.

Go out to the used furniture store down the street and see if they have a suitable twin bed frame cheaply for the guest room. (The ceiling slopes so I can't do much if any of a headboard.)

        Make lunch: Hamburgers and chips.

Get Girlfriend and myself to the eye doctor and hope they don't dilate my eyes. It always gives me a migraine.

Make dinner: Either beef with snow peas and onions or a frozen Philly steak white pizza, depending on how I feel after the eye doctor. I keep a few dishes in the freezer that can be substituted in like that if cooking isn't something I can do.

Give everyone their meds on time, insofar as his sleeping permits. Since he is dealing with very high anxiety and hyperarousal, sleep is hard, and my coming in to wake him up would be really scary. So I have to let him get up when he gets up and medicate him in the intervals.

Stop obsessing about my weight. Ignore the scale today. Stop thinking about it.
