The Boy would say that if you poke a cow it will poop. Poop occupies a significant role in at least half of his conversations. We make up endless songs about "it."

Twas high time I passed that obese mark, between getting Covid and some weird water retention bouts this eluded me for more than a month.

Variance: -0.8 kg / -1.8 lb / -0.97% TBW in 14 days

Weight class projections:
Obese class II: Reached - 21.05.2021 - 401 days.
Obese class I: Reached - 25.09.2021 - 526 days (+125).
Overweight: Reached - 19.03.2022 - 704 days (+178).
Goal (74.4kg): 7.4 kg - 16.3 lb - 54 days.
This took more than 700 days, cannot really complain though...in a way I feel that time has passed a lot faster than I thought.

Yay Dante, awesome! Your patience has paid off and you're starting to reap the rewards! Just think - you already have 700 days of experience under your belt, which will be invaluable when it comes to maintenance!5

I am positively gobsmacked by Dante’s ongoing transformation and success. The consistency and dedication! Makes me embarrassed at being stuck with 25 lbs to go.
My numbers don’t change - but I need to work harder and try some new strategies.4 -
So today is day 9 of maintenance, and so far so good....
9 days at around 1,950 and my weight has been hovering between 63.4kg and 63.8kg, which remains the plan. No scale uptick yet from the greater proportion of refined carbs which are an unfortunate side effect of my lower-fibre experiment, but then this is only day 3 of the lower-fibre experiment, so it may take a while to impact the scale. So far I LOVE maintenance - I feel as though I have tons of calories, and it makes meal-planning so much easier!
The plan is still to have at least 3 months at maintenance (probably 6 months) before pushing on to lose the remaining 3.4kg that separate me from a 'normal' BMI...and then perhaps pushing on a little more to lose a further 6kg. But I ain't in any rush!6 -
