Is it possible to loose weight in my calf’s
I have bigger calf’s and I’m worried that if I loose weight my calf’s will still be bigger and I won’t loose weight in them I’ll just gain muscle and they will still be bigger

Desperate to lose 40 pounds
Hi, put on 40 pounds since covid and looking to get back to previous weight. All the weight is around the stomach. Main issue I have is had back surgery 10 years ago so restricted a little bit. Hello my name is Edgar and I've been stuck at the same weight
Been trying to lose weight for a while now, and it's been going pretty well from 270 to 230. But now I'm stuck at 230 lbs. Why do I keep gaining weight?!
I walk/run 8-10 miles a day. I have a very active job, so I rarely sit down during the day. My net calories are 1,200 – 1,500 a day. But I am consistently gaining 2+ pounds a week!! Why is this happening? It’s so frustrating! What am I doing wrong? I would really appreciate help.

How many rest days between lifting?
So Normally I lift T/W, rest TH, lift F/S. However, I can't get my workout in on Friday. Yesterday I was supposed to rest but did some trail riding on my dirtbike (motocross) for about an hour. So it's either lift today bein a lil sore, or lift 3 days in a row, off Friday, lift Saturday. Lol advice?
