Is anyone else seeing a difference physically, but not on the scale?
Okay so I've been doing really well at eating right, tracking my calories making sure I don't go over my goal of 1500 a day, and doing plenty of exercise. I walk 10,000-20,000 steps a day and Zumba 2-3 times a week and I've started biking for 30 minutes on my non Zumba days. I'm seeing a difference physically. I'm dropping…

Hi...I am John. I am over 60 and looking to get my act together and lose a lot of weight (at least 60+). I had MyFitnessPal before, but I really did not use it. I went to weight watchers, but the group I attended was not helping, so I got out of WW. I am looking at MyFitnessPal to help me keep my focus on my health and…

Build muscle and shift my belly?
I like to think I have a decent lifestyle, I eat well (could be better) and I go to the gym 5 times a week. My goal is to increase muscle strength and size. However, my gut is protruding like a strong man, of which I am not. Is it possible to shift the belly fat, but maintain my goal at the same time? All advice welcome TIA

MOTIVATION
I've always believed that 'motivation' is overrated! I haven't always felt motivated to do something, but I just make a decision to do it because I know what I'll feel like afterward (whether it's in business, wellness, relationships, etc.). What's your thought on MOTIVATION?

Calories in Alcohol
I'm from the UK and I know food packaging is required to have calories and nutrition information labelled clearly, a lot also using the traffic light kinda system to clearly show nutritional values in each serving. Alcohol however doesn't need to adhere to this packaging. I'm a student and don't drink more than once every…
