Breakfast advice please
Can anyone give me any ideas for what I could have for breakfast please? I tend to be stuck on a vicious cycle of rushing in the morning as I get worried of time. PLEASE Enable "EDIT" to MEALS
Once I have grouped some foods normally eaten together, it would be SO HELPFUL if that meal could be edited from the "my Meals" tab (like you can edit a recipe). At this point I have to create a whole new meal even if I just want to change the name, or add/subtract a menu item.

Missing Meals When Setting KCal Goals?
I've edited the labels for meals to match my fasting schedule, with 2 meals, 2 snacks and bookended by 2 "outside fast" meals to put anything I eat when I'm not supposed to. When trying to set kcal goals for these, I noticed it's only showing 4 of the 6 meals. How do I get all 6 to show up?

Skipping Meal after 4 pm
Hi, I have been observing since 3 months that skipping meal after 4 pm is helping me to lose 200 gm per day approximately, resulting to lose 1 kg in a week without any workout, however remaining meals must also be in control.
