Bored and eating

Logging streak issues
I have logged daily for well over 500 days. Now it shows my streak at 62 or 63 days. I scrolled backwards for months and I haven't missed a single day. Am I the only one with this issue? It's like when the app updated it reset me. I don't get it and it sucks because I was proud to see those updates.

Does the amount of carbs include fiber
Under the Nutrition page for a day. Myfitnesspal shows the number of carbs, fiber, and sugar. Suppose carbs=200 grams Fiber=50 and Sugar=50 Now since fiber and sugar are also carbs, do the 200 grams of carbs include the 100 grams of carbs from fiber or sugar? Or the 200 gms of carbs is separate from fiber and sugar? Thanks

Calories in egg whites - confused?
My egg whites say there is 45 calories in 1/3 of a cup (100g) but 1/3 of a cup is not close to 100g when weighed it's only about 70g. What should I track by to make sure I'm as accurate as possible by the 1/3 cup or by 100g? Or something else completely?

Hi all! Finally I got myself to seriously trying to lose some weight. I am 44 and my wedding ring would not go on and off anymore! Also would feel full every morning. After only one week of logging in calories and keeping to my goal, I feel better! Will keep going. Wishing you all good luck! 🍀🫶

Like in Excel when you freeze the top row, freeze the row that identifies macros
It’s annoying when scrolling in the food diary to not be able to see the column headers to know whether the number represents carbs/fats/protein.

How do you choose proper calories?
So I've noticed certain foods have different calorie counts quite often... what do you guys do? Choose the highest? Cut it halfway or choose the lowest??

Check off as you eat
I would love a way to add a checkmark next to items after I eat them. I plan my entire day the day before and eating snacks throughout the day, sometimes forget what I have eaten and what I have left. Would love to be able to place a checkmark next to what I’ve eaten.

You can Save Meal and Copy Meal. Please add "Delete Meal" or "Clear Meal" for if you accidentally Copy Meal to the wrong day (right now, we have to delete each component one at a time) and a "Move Meal" in case you enter everything in Lunch and want to move it to Dinner. Thank you!
