Back for another round...

Hi ALL, I'm "Mimi" (nickname) - First time I ever used MyFitnessPal was back in 2014, I was diagnosed pre-diabetic. I lost 30lbs in 6 months and felt amazing for years. I lost my mom last year, initially lost weight during her hospitalization, then gained it and then some after her death. So I AM BACK... hoping for 20lbs by September - which I think is doable. I don't really "diet" it's never worked for me, just try to eat less and count carbs instead of calories. Downside - I love sweets. I've also started Pilates again, and have been doing strength training... The only app that has ever helped me is this one - so FINGERS CROSSED!
