My results over 8 weeks
I didn’t want to post all over social media but I’m very proud of my results and wanted to post somewhere lol. I did an 8 week mini cut and went from 210.4lbs to 192.2lbs at 6’2”. I had a lot of fun noticing changes in my physique and hope I built a strong foundation for a bulk after a maintenance phase.
