Hello! My name is isabella, I am 19 and have started weight training about 7 months ago. Ive always been underweight, and am now putting the effort and work in to change that. Ive downloaded this app to track my calorie and protein intake as to gain healthy weight. Id love to be apart of the community and make some friends!!

Im Rommley im 30 and iv been on and off under weight most of my life ( due to being sick ) i use to love going to the gym but i haven't been able to for a little while now but I'm hoping in the next month or when i reach my first weight goal i can start back up . The first thing i have done is try and have 2500-3000 cal a day. Adding High protein shakes 1-2 times a day seams to be helping . Good luck with your journey
