Tell me about your weight-loss journey, I stepped on a scale after a wedding and decided to change my life, I got a coach, started walking twice daily, started lifting, eating less and less, more healthy each day and finally one year later I am 40kg less 88 pounds, I am currently 96.4kg I plan to get around 85kg.

How do I hit my macro and calorie goals?
I’m supposed to eat 3500 calories per day to bulk up. I weigh 147lbs, so I need to eat at least 147g protein per day. If I eat 147g protein, 350g carbs. That means I need to eat 168g of fat to reach my goal of 3500 calories per day. Is that too much fat? I don’t know any other way to hit my goal. Right now I’m averaging…
