Hey everyone! My name is Cherokee! My husband (Jeremy) and I are vegan bodybuilders and would love to chat with other vegans who are also trying to get in shape or get into bodybuilding!

We want to meet other vegans and also give as much value and help as we can!

I never noticed that MFP had these groups before! That's SO FREAKING AWESOME! 🔥

Where's my other vegans??? 💚💚

    I am not a 100% vegan however I incorporate Vegan eating 5 days out of the week. it just makes me feel better.

    Vegan 1 year! Vegetarian 7 years before that ! I haven’t been on mfp for years! I’m back now trying not to be a junk food vegan!

    Hi everyone! I've been vegan for 4 years (plant-based-ish for 14 years). I've been on MFP for a while but looking for some vegan accountability buddies.

    As for macros, I'm trying to keep it simple and focus on hitting a protein goal and keeping it whole food plant based as best i can. Problem is I'm a foodie and a snacker and an emotional eater!

    If anyone wants to add me, feel free!

    oooo THERE WE GO! I LOVE IT! i still love my vegan donuts and treats though! all about balance haha

    oo i love tofu and tempeh honestly. I usually stick to about 1.7g/kg of bodyweight as a bodybuilder

    Vegan for just over 4 years here, be great to have to some vegan friends and see what everyone else is eating to get some new ideas!

    I've been completely vegan for the past 4 months. I have been transitioning to WFPB for the past two years and vegetarian for the past 30 years. I would love some more vegan friends.

    Hello! My son and I went vegan/WFPB in July 2020… I’ve been able to maintain mostly about 95% of the time… progress not perfection :)

    Not vegan/vegetarian but I'll check in here once in awhile to see what options there are. I am reducing how much meat I am eating just because of the risk factors.
