Hey everyone, im new to this

Hey my names Jacob, 27 5'11 180lbs and trying to tone up and slim down on lower belly fat. Always looking for gym friends and experienced people to bounce off ideas from and learn from. Currently I can squat around 235lbs twice and bench around 240 once. Not sure if this is a good start or not. Been mostly a working guy, doing ironworking and maintenance work on heavy machinery. Any suggestions on recipes, food ideas, exercise times, what areas to focus on first, what's your favorite weekly routine, etc, would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to add me too if you want.
