Newbie Incoming!

Hi, I'm a 24 year old who used to struggle with chronic depression and CPTSD. But now I'm medicated and super excited to start my journey! To be honest, my fitness journey started July 2024, two months after my boyfriend broke up with me. (I know, I know, the usual story, nothing special) anyways! From July 2024 to November 2024, everything was going great, I was going to a body building gym a few cities over, I'd get up at 4am, be at the gym around 5am, back home around 7am and then at work at 9am. I hadn't taken my diet into account though. . . So I noticed that my muscles were more defined in certain areas but my weight rarely changed besides the usual fluctuations. In Jan 2025, I was diagnosed when ventricular tachycardia, most days were fine but when panic would set in, it was not only embarrassing but life threatening. My doctor had me wear a monitor for about a month or so with no heavy lifting. (I had just hit 200lbs on the hack squat 😞) I then underwent my first ablation. And now we're here! Had my second ablation done a week or so ago and so far everything looks good so we're back on the gym grind but now with balanced meals (hopefully) Would love to connect with more like-minded people. Let's keep each other motivated!
