After a Binge
What do you guys like to do the night or day after a binge (other than exercise, eat clean, etc.)? I went over my calorie goal by about 1,100 (yah, I know) and I feel like there is nothing I can do to make me feel better. Do you journal, take a walk...?

1 bad day turns into multiple bad days
I knew I would be eating a fair bit at a birthday dinner on Saturday - fair enough. I just wish I could get back on track. Went far over Sunday and Today as well. So ticked off at myself.

Get Bored after supper and overeat...what do I do?!?
